Information about Consultations
- Consultations are available by appointment during core hours on weekdays between 8:45 am and 6:15 pm. They are usually for 10 or 15 minutes with the doctor and 15 minutes with the nurse.
- We run extended hours clinics on Monday and Tuesday evenings from 6.30-8.00pm and Saturday mornings from 9am-midday.
- Each consultation is for one person only. Please check yourself in on our Patient Self Check-in Screen when you arrive.
- If you have an emergency that cannot wait the duty doctor will be available to see you on the day in either our morning or afternoon daily on-call surgeries.
- We are a training practice and sometimes the doctor will be doing a surgery with a medical student or junior doctor. We will try to warn you of this before hand. They have all been trained in the importance of strict patient confidentiality. If you would prefer not to have another person in the room during your consultation please inform reception or your doctor.
