Suggestions
If you have any suggestions to make on how the level of service can be improved at the practice we would be delighted to hear from you. Why not tell a member of our Reception or Admin Teams, write to Penny Borrow, Practice Manager, or complete our on-line suggestion form.
Changing and updating your contact details and personal information
If your contact details or personal information changes or if you wish to receive text message appointment reminders on your mobile phone and we don't have your number, please let us know ASAP by adding your date of birth, address and telephone numbers and any other changes in the suggestions space on our on-line Suggestion Form
Complaints
It is an unfortunate fact of life that, despite our best efforts, things do sometimes go wrong. If you have a grievance please ask to speak confidentially to a member of the Reception or Admin Teams or have a word with the Practice Manager. We always listen carefully to complaints and take them very seriously. Hopefully the problem can be resolved on the spot and without the need to take it any further.
If you feel the need to lodge a formal complaint, please write to the Practice Manager, using our Complaints form if you wish, who will acknowledge receipt of your letter within three working days. To give time for investigation and a full explanation or response, please allow two weeks (ten working days). You may wish to contact PALS, the Patient Advice and Liaison Service, to help you with drafting your complaint.
