We are a large primary health care team consisting of 8 GPs, 3 Practice Nurses, a Health Care Assistant and 2 Counsellors.
We are a training practice and so our team also includes qualified doctors who are at various stages of their vocational training careers, many of whom will become GPs on leaving our practice. At any time, we will have between 2 and 4 such doctors working within the team.
Attached to the practice we also have a Health Visitor and other visiting health care professionals including Midwives, Diabetic Nurses, District Nurses, Community Matrons, Psychologists, Community Dietician, Specialist Alcohol and Drugs Nurses and Exercise Advice specialists. Penny Borrow is the Practice Manager and is responsible for the overall management and development of the practice.
