St. John's Way runs a Specialist Diabetes Service, a high quality nurse-led service offering options for glycaemic management and/or blood pressure control and is a cost effective alternative to hospital referral. We accept referrals from other local GP surgeries into the service.
The Specialist Diabetes Service is staffed by:
